Why do we require a deposit?

We must explain a key principle that we as a business are forced to abide by. In order to survive we must prioritize our efforts on those prospective candidates who have shown serious intent. No matter what email you write, or phone call you make, when it comes down to sorting out who gets our attention, there’s one clear and decisive factor: having a deposit in place.
The first question we receive from our sources when we place a request is whether or not our client is serious and has placed a refundable deposit.

Clients who have placed refundable deposits are given priority service, as they have stepped up and shown their serious intent.
There are no fees involved with placing a deposit and any deposit placed is %100 refundable at any time, for any reason. Once again, your deposit is 100% refundable for any reason, at any time. Your deposit is merely funds confirmed in place, allowing you to act quickly when the right vehicle comes up, which can happen at any time.
We accept deposits via Paypal, for fast, easy and secure payments through your account or any major credit card. If we’re unable to find your ideal vehicle within 60 days, your refund is returned to you with no transfer fees involved from Paypal, and refunding a deposit is easy, so there are no charges on our end. We offer many other options for placing your deposit, such as email money transfers ($1.50) and direct deposit at any local RBC (free of charge).

Clients with Deposits Receive:

  • Priority Communications – Replies to your inquires are handled first, typically within minutes to hours.
  • Priority on Vehicle Purchases – If a vehicle has multiple prospective buyers, the client with the deposit in place will receive priority.
  • Priority Service – You’ve gone the extra mile to show your serious intent, now it’s our turn! We’ll bend over backwards to find your ideal vehicle, whatever and wherever it may be.

We wish we could give each and every client all the time and effort they require, but with the volume of inquiries we receive it’s just not feasible.
