This EVO is in excellent shape. The engine is strong and sounds very healthy. The exhaust note is deep, rough and almost mean.

The 4G63 engine is an extremely popular engine worldwide and comes factory in several Mitsubishi vehicles. This means aftermarket performance parts and maintenance parts are very easy/affordable to come by. Anything that can't be found locally we can source from Japan within a week.

The all wheel drive system works, and works well. While driving in the rain the Evo feels solid at any speed.

The suspension is tight but accommodating. We were anticipating the car to handle much softer but were pleasantly surprised by how it minimized roll and soaked up the bumps.

The interior is in excellent shape aside from 2 issues discussed in detail below. Other than the drivers seat, the seating is like new.

The exterior condition is excellent. No noticeable scratches/dings/etc aside from the rear spoiler. (See pics) This unique green colour looks very "unsuspecting" during the day and almost black at night.

Issues:
Our company vision mandates full disclosure on all our vehicles so it's important that you know, up front, about any issues with our vehicles.

- 2 good sized rips in the drivers side aftermarket Recaro bucket seat. (see pic) The seat holds you in snug and the rips are just cosmetic. Replacement aftermarket seats can be had for $200-500+ depending on what you're looking for

- Glove box is currently unattached from the dash, we will be looking deeper into how it can be reattached.

- The door sill on the drivers side has some peeling paint on a metal "trim" rail that runs parallel to the roof. Easy fix.

- The trunk spoiler has a few paint chips on the sides and a few watermarks on the top. Not very noticeable but could be repainted for ~$200

We offer two pricing options on this landed, in stock Evo for your convenience.

1) Base Price - $8,900 CAD
This is our pickup and "do it yourself" price. Perfect for clients outside of BC/Ontario who don't require compliance lighting. Also for clients who want to pickup the vehicle with a temp permit, bring it home and install the compliance parts themselves and/or turn this beast into a rally car. You will be required to source and install any parts required, arrange for a safety inspection, and register the vehicle yourself. (with the help of our Step-by-Step registration kit)

2) Complied & "On Road" Price - $10,900 CAD
This is our all incluside option for clients who want us to "just to everything for me so I can slap a plate on it and drive it." We'll install the compliance parts for you, (parts & labour included) have our mechanic perform the required BC Safety Inspection on the car, (parts & labour for mechanic repairs, if required, are not included) then assist with the registration of the vehicle into your name. Everything is taken care of.

- Front/Rear Markers & Reflectors Installed
- DOT Tires Installed and Balanced
