Update from our associate:
"turns out the Porsche is a November 1985 build, it's a US-spec vehicle that must have spent a few years in the States before being imported to Japan and first registered in 1991"

So it's actually a USDM Porsche which explains the LHD, and it's actually an '85 which explains the pricing. Mileage is genuine.
